Setup Entourage
This tutorial shows you how to set up Entourage to work with your e-mail account. This tutorial focuses on setting up Entourage. If you are using a different email program, please click on our support tab for more instructions.- Open Entourage.
- In the Entourage menu select Account Settings.

- Click on the New button.

- Click on Configure account manually.

- make sure that POP is selected then click OK.

- On Account Settings, enter your information as follows:
- Account Name = Any name for your email account (for example, "Work Account", "Home Account", or "News Account").
- Name = Your first and last name.
- E-mail Address = Your email address.
- Account ID = is the first part of your email address. Example: youremail (we ignore the '@yourdomain.com').
- POP server = mail.alpinewebsites.com
- Password = Your email account password.
- SMTP server = mail.alpinewebsites.com

- Click on the Click here for advanced sending options button.

- Make sure the Override default SMTP port check box is ticked and the Port number is 8025.
- Make sure the SMTP server requires authentication. Use same settings as receiving mail server checkbox is ticked.

- Confirm all dialogues and your email is now setup.
